我們正在尋找一位懂技術、有溫度且充滿活力的 HR 夥伴，協助我們招募頂尖軟體人才，打造更有戰鬥力的團隊！

核心任務（Key Responsibilities)
這是一個Full Function的角色，但現階段將高度聚焦於 人才招募 與 員工體驗 ：
1.技術人才獵捕 (Talent Acquisition)
- 負責 End-to-End 招募流程，精準開發 AI 演算法、Web QA、全端工程師等技術人才
- 擔任用人主管的招募顧問，提供市場薪資情報，優化面試流程與候選人體驗
- 經營多元招募管道（LinkedIn、Cake、校園徵才等），提升雇主品牌能見度
2.打造幸福文化 (Employee Engagement)
- 我們希望你活潑一點！主辦 Happy Hour、Team Building、慶生會與員工旅遊，為理性的研發團隊注入熱情
- 定期進行員工 1:1 關懷，成為夥伴們信賴的傾聽者與溝通橋樑
3.制度優化與發展 (HR Operations & Development)
- 協助建立與優化績效考核、晉升制度，規劃內部教育訓練（新人訓、技術分享）
- 執行每月薪資結算與勞健保作業（有主管協助）
Requirements
3 年以上 軟體/科技 產業招募經驗：你需要聽得懂工程師的語言，知道他們在意什麼
具備 In-house HR 經驗：我們需要能長期深耕文化、與團隊並肩作戰的夥伴
Full Function 概念：雖以招募為主，但需具備其他人資領域的基礎知識
適應新創步調：抗壓性強，能適應快速變動的環境，具備獨立解決問題的能力
