[職責說明]
與業務集團領導者密切合作，識別業務集團特定的人力資源相關問題和改進機會。
與多個利害關係人建立牢固的關係，並利用內部資源實施業務集團特定的人力資源解決方案。這包括但不限於招募、學習與發展、績效管理、組織設計和員工關係。
協助人力資源總部專案總監推動各種組織變革和管理，從最關鍵的人力資源專案到行政流程。確保所有人力資源計畫順利實施，並為組織帶來顯著的效益。
與公司人力資源共享服務團隊和其他人力資源業務夥伴 (HRBP) 密切合作，協助執行符合業務策略的人力資源政策、程序、流程或專案。
成為值得信賴的合作夥伴，讓員工願意主動聯繫您，提供職業或個人諮詢服務。
完成經理分配的特殊專案。
Requirements
本科及以上學歷。
要求英語口語和書寫流利。
人力資源專業優先。
7年以上HRBP或HR通才經驗。
積極主動，靈活且獨立。
喜歡在快節奏的環境中工作。
具備敏銳的商業頭腦和人際敏感性，並具備強大的利害關係人管理和問題解決能力。
