Job Description
我們正在協助一家專注影像科技與行動應用的國際品牌，尋找一位具備日本市場洞察與跨部門協作能力的 市場運營專才！
你不只是做行銷，而是從用戶成長、訂閱與營收、到在地化推廣，實際操盤一個市場的成長節奏。
工作地點在台灣，但每天思考的都是「日本用戶會怎麼用、怎麼想」。
該團隊旗下擁有多款風靡亞洲與全球的熱門影像工具與美化應用，產品長年在台灣、香港、日本、東南亞、歐美等市場維持高度使用者黏著與訂閱收入，本次職缺將專責日本市場的用戶經營與成效推進。
🧭 組織與角色定位
此職位屬於 市場運營（Market Operations） ，以「市場」而非單一產品為核心，負責該市場中一款或多款 App 的：

用戶成長策略

訂閱與營收成長

在地化行銷與營運落地
工作地點在 台灣，但角色會深度聚焦 日本市場。
🔔 主要工作內容

制定以用戶為核心、數據導向的市場行銷與營運策略，推動日本市場成長
-
操作數位行銷工具、本地社群平台經營

洽談並執行 KOL / KOC 合作與內容推廣

洞察日本市場趨勢與用戶偏好，並與產品、設計、數據等團隊協作落地
-
拓展並管理在地代理商或合作夥伴資源

協助管理實習生或外包人員的專案執行進度
Requirements

日文能力N1（可實際用於工作溝通），中英文基礎良好
