工作內容：
- 設計與開發高併發、高可維護性的 Golang 系統
- 參與即時訊息、社群互動、錢包支付等核心模組開發
- 深入參與系統效能優化、資源調度與監控機制設計
- 與產品、前端、測試團隊跨部門合作，確保專案品質與上線穩定
- 參與架構決策與技術選型，推動平台長期演進
使用技術：
Golang、gRPC、RESTful API、Kafka、RabbitMQ、Redis、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Kubernetes、Docker、AWS / GCP、Grafana、Prometheus、GitLab CI/CD
Requirements
需求條件：
- 5年以上後端開發經驗，熟悉 Golang 架構與 API 設計
- 具高併發、高流量或百萬級用戶系統經驗
- 熟悉 MQ、快取、資料庫調校與效能優化
- 具邏輯性思維與溝通能力，能獨立分析並提出解決方案
加分項目：
- 熟悉遊戲／社群聊天產品或支付金流邏輯
- 有系統重構、微服務拆解或架構主導經驗
- 熟悉分散式架構與橫向擴展設計
