我們是一支分佈於台灣與海外的互動娛樂技術團隊，聚焦「社交 × 即時通訊 × 支付」的次世代平台。產品正擴張至百萬級用戶場景，對後端在穩定性、延展性與延遲控制提出高標準。團隊扁平、決策快速，重視工程師在架構與技術選型的話語權；完善的 Code Review、分享機制與雙軌職涯設計，讓你能在高強度實戰中持續精進並擴大影響力。
工作內容：
- 掌握現有分散式架構並持續優化（效能瓶頸、水平擴展、儲存策略）
- 參與/主導新功能開發（如智慧回覆、匿名聊天等）與上線品質控管
- 建置並優化高併發模組：即時訊息、推播、社群互動、錢包支付
- 以數據驅動效能改善（traffic/bandwidth/memory/storage 估算與監控）
- 與產品、前端、測試跨部門合作，推進迭代與穩定營運
使用的技術：
- Languages/Frameworks：Golang（首選）、gRPC、RESTful API
- Data/Messaging：PostgreSQL、MySQL、MongoDB、Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ、NATS
- Infra/DevOps：Docker、Kubernetes、AWS/GCP、GitLab CI/Jenkins
- Observability：Prometheus、Grafana、Pyroscope、ELK/Graylog
Requirements
需求條件：
- 5+ 年後端開發經驗；熟悉任一主流程語言（Java/C/C++…），具 Golang 經驗或強烈轉語言動機
- 熟悉高併發/高流量系統、效能分析與調優、資源調度
- 具 MQ、快取、RDB/NoSQL 實務；能清楚說明技術選型與 trade-off
- 良好的需求拆解、問題定位與跨團隊溝通能力
加分項目：
- 分散式架構、微服務拆解或系統重構經驗
- 有聊天/社群或支付錢包邏輯實作
- 容器化與 K8s 實戰；具前端或全端經驗者亦歡迎
