【工作內容】
- 專職負責數位 IP 企劃與販促活動推動，並與版權商接洽溝通聯名合作事宜
- 主導高密集的檔期活動規劃，因應一檔接一檔的節奏，需同時妥善處理多個廠商案件，並提前佈局至明年度的專案規劃
- 面對市場變化具備高度彈性與應變能力，能配合需求洽談熱門的 IP 角色
- 負責聯名專案的資料彙整與統計報表製作，分析活動效益並持續進行策略優化
- 配合 IP 檔期活動進行媒體關係溝通維護，極大化品牌與聯名活動的曝光度與能見度
Requirements
【必要條件】
- 具備 2 年左右 IP 企劃與版權洽談實務經驗（不限特定產業）
- 能快速適應快節奏環境並獨立作業
- 良好溝通與組織能力，擅長跨部門與外部版權方協調，且謹慎細心、具責任感、數字邏輯佳
- 具商用日文程度
