我們正協助一家 來自日本的成長型新創公司，招募 Growth Marketing 成長行銷 夥伴，參與台灣市場的用戶成長與數位行銷策略執行。
該公司主力產品APP在日本市場下載量表現亮眼，目前正積極拓展台灣市場，尋找能結合 數據分析 × 創意執行 × 成效優化 的成長型行銷人才。
🎯 角色定位
✔ 負責 App 用戶成長與轉換成效
✔ 規劃並執行數位廣告與自然流量策略
✔ 以數據與實驗優化行銷漏斗
✔ 與跨國團隊合作，推動在地市場成長
💼 主要工作內容
📈 成長行銷與廣告投放
-
規劃並執行數位廣告投放策略（Google / Meta / LINE 等）。
-
負責廣告從策略、執行到優化的 End-to-End 操作。
🎨 創意策略與成效分析
-
規劃數據導向的廣告創意方向，並指導素材製作。
-
分析素材成效，持續優化 CTR、CVR 與 CAC。
🔬 數據分析與 A/B Testing
-
設計並執行 A/B Test（廣告、LP、App Funnel）。

分析用戶行為與轉換漏斗，提出優化建議。
🔍 SEO 與自然流量成長
- 規劃並執行 SEO 與自然流量策略。
- 建立長期可累積的 Organic Acquisition 管道。
🤝 網紅與影響者行銷

開發、洽談並管理台灣市場 KOL / Influencer 合作。

規劃並執行影響者廣告與推廣活動。
Requirements
✔ 中英文流利（可進行工作溝通）
✔ 3 年以上數位行銷 或 成長行銷相關經驗
✔ 熟悉數位廣告投放與成效優化
✔ 具備數據分析能力，能設計實驗並解讀結果
✔ 同時具備創意企劃與執行能力
✔ 對 App 成長 或 訂閱型產品有興趣
