Job Description

我們正在協助一家 全台據點密度最高、最具影響力的零售集團,尋找一位能獨立操盤品牌、熟悉茶飲市場、同時具備商業與行銷思維的 茶飲品牌主管

此角色將負責集團旗下 茶飲品牌 的整體策略與營運發展,從品牌定位、產品創新、行銷推廣到商業模式優化,並帶領2 人團隊推動品牌成長。

  • 🧭 品牌策略與產品管理

・制定並執行品牌短、中、長期策略,提升市場能見度與市佔率。
・確保品牌形象於各通路與消費者接觸點的一致性。
・持續優化茶飲產品線,推動新品開發與創新,回應消費趨勢。

  • 📈 業務發展與商業模式創新

・探索並設計創新的商業模式,開發新收入來源與成長動能。
・規劃年度預算與財務目標,並對成果負責。
・評估新市場、新通路或產品線擴展的可行性。

  • 📣 行銷策略與品牌推廣

・規劃並執行整合行銷策略(數位、社群、線下活動等)。
・主導品牌推廣專案,提升品牌聲量與顧客黏著度。
・透過數據分析持續優化行銷投資效益(ROI)。

  • 🤝 跨部門協作與專案整合

・與咖啡及飲品相關事業單位合作,創造品類與品牌協同效益。
・與供應鏈、營運、財務等部門密切合作,確保策略順利落地。
・建立並維繫與供應商、合作夥伴的長期關係。

  • 📊 市場洞察與競爭策略

・持續追蹤茶飲市場趨勢、消費者行為與競品動態。
・進行市場與競爭分析,作為策略調整與決策依據。
・面對市場變化,能快速調整方向並提出應對方案。

  • 👥 團隊領導與發展

・帶領 2 人團隊,負責招募、培訓與日常管理。
・設定團隊與個人績效目標,進行回饋與成效追蹤。
・打造具執行力、創新與協作精神的團隊文化。

Requirements

理想條件

✔ 曾實際帶領團隊的管理經驗
✔ 具 手搖飲/茶飲品牌完整流程經驗(商品開發、供應商、行銷、品牌操作)
✔ 熟悉連鎖茶飲門店或餐飲通路的經營模式
✔ 具良好溝通能力、跨部門協調力與抗壓性
✔ 對飲品市場、品牌經營與消費者趨勢具高度敏感度
