Job Description
1. 參與規劃、執行、管理端到端大數據解決專案，以業務痛點出發進行數據分析，規劃「數據驅動」之解決方案，並與跨部門業務合作，扮演企業內部顧問角色，協助推動風險管理驅動之商業決策。範疇包含但不限於金融業各式風險情境，例如：消金信用風險、金融犯罪偵測(數位登入、異常交易金流)等
2. 協助集團生態圈目標，與集團及異業進行數據戰略合作擬定，以大數據風控角度強化集團風險管理及業務發展。
3. 協助部門風險專業數據人才培養及發展。
Requirements
1.具備5年以上金融風險相關業務（授信業務或金融犯罪）及專案執行及策略規劃經驗。具二年以上商業或風險分析/顧問團隊管理經驗佳，及熟悉金融數據及大數據服務架構經驗者佳。
2. 對於商業發展有高度熱忱，對數據價值具備敏銳度並能指導科員，完成數據分析專案。
3. 個性主動積極，善於溝通協調，能有效組織/推動團隊數據合作及發展
