【大型零售集團｜核心系統現代化】系統開發主管 – TL
Job Description
我們正在協助一家 全台規模領先、深耕多年的大型零售集團 招募系統開發主管。
集團擁有完整線下據點與龐大會員基礎，長期累積大量交易與顧客數據。近年在穩健經營的基礎上，總部資訊單位正積極推動 核心系統優化、技術現代化與開發流程升級，希望邀請具備技術深度與管理經驗的主管加入，一同打造可長期演進的企業級系統架構。
工作內容
-
協助資訊部門主管進行系統分析與開發管理
-
督導系統架構分析、系統設計、程式開發與測試流程
-
指導團隊成員進行程式撰寫與技術成長
-
制定與優化開發規範、流程與技術標準
-
管理委外與外包廠商，確保專案品質與進度
-
評估並導入新技術、新工具，提升系統穩定度與可維運性
-
負責部門內人員管理與跨部門協調溝通
使用技術
-
Backend：C# / .NET、Java、Python
-
Frontend：MVC、Vue
-
Database：SQL-based RDBMS
-
系統類型：高交易量系統、會員與資料處理平台
Requirements
需求條件
-
資訊相關科系大學以上學歷
-
10 年以上系統開發經驗，具技術主管（SA / SD / PG）背景
-
5 年以上需求訪談與系統分析設計經驗
-
具零售、百貨或電商相關系統經驗尤佳
-
擅長溝通協調，能在穩定組織中推動技術與流程優化
-
高抗壓性與成熟管理風格
