隸屬於全台最大的販賣機連鎖通路平台商，致力將每一台販賣機商品與服務極致化，打造即時滿足每一點位消費需求的新零售商店
為了讓每台販賣機營運穩定，我們提供裝機、維修、客服、倉儲及運補一條龍的營運服務，營運場域目前橫跨運動中心與大型健身連鎖、國軍營區、校園院區、企業廠辦與觀光景點等，透過多點位營運與數據化管理，實現販賣機通路規模化
合作的國際品牌客戶包含：Redbull、MUJI無印良品、太古集團、百事集團、KIRIN麒麟、Worldgym、健身工廠...等
職位亮點
✅ 提供月薪 35,000 ~ 45,000 元（依經驗可議），並享有 1個月的年終獎金，另有三節獎金、績效獎金等福利。

職位職責
🔷 文件與資料管理：文件建立、整理、歸檔、掃描建檔與資料彙整，確保可查找、可追溯
🔷 行政流程支援：協助費用請款/核銷、零用金與行政報表整理（依公司制度調整）
🔷 主管交辦與跨部門協作：協助彙整資訊、追蹤進度，支援臨時性任務，確保事情落地
職位要求
✔ 細心、可靠、反應快，能在多任務並行下維持文件與流程的正確性
✔ 熟悉 Word/Excel/PowerPoint 或 Google Workspace，能完成資料彙整與基本報表
✔ 溝通協調能力佳，能和不同部門窗口對齊需求與時程
✔ 有行政、總務、採購助理、文管或會計助理等相關經驗，熟悉請款/核銷與合約檔案管理更佳
✔ 能善用 AI/自動化工具提升文書與資料處理效率（若公司有導入需求，可寫為加分）
