工作內容

帶領 Cloud Team 交付核心雲端服務，負責需求拆解、技術規劃與風險管理

招募、指導工程師，建立 Code Review / Design Review 標準
-
與 Product、Architecture、Frontend、Controller 團隊協作，對齊 Roadmap 與 Service Contract
-
主導 Cloud Controller 的 Event-Driven Microservice Architecture 設計
-
與 DevOps 團隊合作，設計 Kubernetes 相容的微服務部署模式
-
主導關鍵平台能力開發（WebRTC Signaling / STUN / TURN）
-
定義 API Model 與跨服務 Data Contract，確保長期可維護性
-
推動 AI 輔助開發工具，提升工程效率與品質
使用的技術

Go（Golang）／Java／Node.js
-
Microservices / Event-Driven Architecture
-
Kubernetes、Docker、CI/CD
-
Messaging System（Kafka / NATS / JetStream）
-
AWS / Azure / GCP
-
WebRTC 相關服務

Requirements
需求條件
- 8 年以上後端或平台系統開發經驗
- 熟悉Go（Golang）／Java／Node.js其一
- 2 年以上技術領導或團隊管理經驗
- 熟悉雲端平台與分散式系統設計
- 具跨團隊協作與系統整合能力
