產品已被大量企業實際導入，系統長期穩定運作，同時正處於持續擴編與系統升級階段。
在這裡，工程團隊不是單純接需求，而是能參與需求討論、系統設計與效能優化決策，對產品與架構具有實質影響力。團隊文化開放、溝通直接，重視程式品質與長期維運，而非短期交付。

Requirements
工作內容
你將成為後端技術的關鍵推手，從需求討論一路參與到系統設計與實作，並與跨部門夥伴密切合作：

與 PM 深度討論產品需求，分析可行性並規劃技術解法

主導後端系統架構設計，兼顧效能、擴展性與資料安全
-
負責核心功能開發、系統整合與效能優化
-
規劃開發時程並與 PM 共同追蹤專案進度
-
與前端工程師、QA 協作，持續優化系統與使用體驗
技術環境
-
Backend：PHP（CodeIgniter 為主，亦有 Laravel / Yii 經驗可）
-
Database：MySQL（Schema 設計、Query 與效能優化）
-
Frontend 基礎：HTML / JavaScript / jQuery
-
Infra / Tools：
-
RESTful API 設計
-
Redis / Message Queue 等 NoSQL 應用
-
非同步處理、Background Jobs、Queue Workflow
-
Docker 容器化開發與部署
-
Git 版本控制
-
我們希望你具備
-
3 年以上後端或全端開發經驗
-
熟悉 API 設計原則，能兼顧效能與可維護性
-
紮實的 MySQL 實務經驗（結構設計與效能調校）
-
熟悉 PHP 與至少一套主流框架
-
具備後端系統開發經驗，能理解前後端協作流程
-
對技術有熱情，重視程式品質，具備解決問題的能力
-
良好的溝通能力，能與不同角色順暢合作
加分但非必要
-
敏捷開發或專案管理經驗
-
系統或網路架構設計、優化經驗
-
能獨立作業並持續精進技術能力
