Requirements
工作內容
-
主導專案測試規劃，包含測試策略制定、風險評估與測試計畫設計
-
負責 Web / Android / iOS 等多平台測試（功能、相容性、效能、壓力測試）
-
深入驗證產品核心玩法、UI/UX 與整體體驗，從使用者角度提出品質改善建議
-
進行 API 與伺服器端測試，確保系統穩定度與資料正確性
-
撰寫並維護測試文件（測試案例、測試報告），有效追蹤與回報問題修復狀況
-
協助建立與優化 QA 工作流程，提升整體測試效率與覆蓋率
-
規劃與執行回歸測試，確保版本品質穩定交付
使用技術 / 工具
-
多平台測試：Web / Android / iOS
-
API Testing：Postman 或相關工具
-
專案與測試管理工具：Jira、TestRail（或同類工具）
-
軟體測試方法：功能測試、相容性測試、效能與壓力測試、回歸測試
需求條件
-
5 年以上軟體或遊戲測試經驗，具備主測或專案測試規劃經驗
-
熟悉完整 QA 流程，能獨立制定並執行測試策略
-
具備良好的問題分析能力、風險意識與邏輯思維
-
對產品品質與使用者體驗高度敏感，能站在使用者角度思考
-
具備測試文件撰寫能力，並能推動流程持續優化
-
熟悉常見測試與專案協作工具
-
良好的溝通與跨部門協作能力
