Job Description
我們正協助一家 知名保健品牌，招募一位具備成長思維與數據能力的行銷人才。
此角色將負責全漏斗廣告優化、數據拆解與 AI 行銷應用，真正對成效負責，而非只是執行任務。
🎯 角色使命
✔ 透過數據驅動廣告優化，持續提升 ROAS、降低 CPA
✔ 建立系統化測試與優化架構
✔ 導入 AI 工具與自動化思維，強化行銷效率
✔ 從數據中找到成長機會，而不只是看報表
💼 工作內容
廣告成效成長與優化

獨立操作並優化 Google / Meta 等數位廣告投放
-
每日監控與調整廣告成效
-
設計並執行 A/B Testing（素材、受眾、版位、轉換流程）
-
建立測試架構與優化節奏
-
對 ROAS、CPA、LTV 等核心指標負責
AI 行銷趨勢與創新應用
-
主動研究並實際應用 AI 行銷工具提升業績
-
根據市場變化與數據洞察調整行銷策略
-
善用自動化與數據整合提升投放效率
數據拆解與分析能力
-
熟悉 GA4、GTM 等工具，能獨立拉取與解讀數據
-
具備資料邏輯概念，從數據中找出問題並提出解法
-
建立報表與優化建議，支持決策方向
廣告創意與企劃能力

根據數據規劃素材測試方向
-
撰寫廣告溝通訴求與測試腳本
-
與設計／影音團隊協作產出轉換導向素材
-
理解消費者心理與轉換邏輯
Requirements
✔ 具備 2 年以上數位媒體操作經驗
✔ 具備以指標導向思維規劃行銷策略的能力
✔ 熟悉網站與轉換追蹤工具（如 GA4、標籤管理系統等）
✔ 能整理並解讀數據報表，具備邏輯推演能力
✔ 習慣透過實驗與驗證機制優化成效
✔ 能因應市場波動快速調整投放方向
✔ 做事細緻負責，能同時掌握多項專案進度
✔ 對營運成果有承擔意識，而非僅完成交辦事項
➕ 加分條件
✔ 電商或保健品產業經驗✔ 有建構數據自動化或儀表板經驗
✔ 曾透過優化策略顯著提升ROAS廣告投資報酬 或 降低CPA單次轉換成本，並具實績說明
