企業正在尋找一位資深法務專員，成為公司核心管理團隊的守門人，也是成就未來願景的關鍵角色。這份工作將讓您有機會參與企業的核心決策，與各領域夥伴並肩作戰，設計穩健且具前瞻性的營運與合規體系。
您將扮演重要角色，深入業務場景，預見潛在風險、設計合理制度，並協助公司在成長與合規之間，取得穩健的平衡。加入企業，一起為提升動物福祉與生活品質創造更好的未來。
🔸 工作內容 (Responsibilities)
- 負責公司各類商業契約之審閱、修改及提供法務意見。
- 協助內部單位進行業務風險評估與合規制度處理。
- 進行相關法規查核與內部制度建立，包含勞動法、產品安全衛生法規、數位/廣告行銷法規等。
- 支援公司重大專案（如投資、併購、國際業務拓展）相關之法務需求。
- 處理公司潛在爭議案件，協助溝通及處理訴訟或非訟程序。
- 協助法務教育訓練與內部合規意識推廣。
- 其他主管交辦事項。
Requirements
🔹 基本條件 (Minimum qualifications)
- 具備專業律師執照，並有3年以上企業法務或相關實務經驗。
- 熟悉契約審閱、公司治理法規、勞動法規及商業實務運作。
- 具備良好的邏輯思考與風險判斷能力，能獨立作業也能與團隊高效協作。
- 具備有效溝通能力，能向非法律背景同仁清晰說明法律風險與建議。
- 主動積極，樂於深入理解業務邏輯與流程。
- 願意與公司一同成長，並積極調整與進化法務架構。
🔹 加分條件 (Preferred qualifications)
- 具備跨國法務處理經驗 (如國際合約、境外設立或海外人才派遣等)。
- 熟悉數位營運、快消品/製造業或動物產業相關法規。
- 具備內控內稽、個資保護或ESG實務推行經驗。
- 熟悉投資契約或募資流程。
