Job Description
制定並推動人力資源整體策略，涵蓋組織發展、人才招募、培訓發展、績效與薪酬管理，確保與公司業務目標及長期策略方向一致，有效支持事業成長。
帶領並管理人資團隊，建立專業分工與跨部門合作機制，強化團隊能力與專業影響力，同時培養組織內部人才梯隊，推動接班人計畫與關鍵職能發展。
承接主管交辦之跨部門或跨國專案，從專案規劃、執行到落地，提供專業解決方案，並持續優化流程，以提升組織效能及人力資源價值。
負責員工關係及組織氛圍經營，協助管理階層發現並解決潛在問題，營造穩定且高效的工作環境。
參與公司治理相關議題（如 ESG、法規遵循及人力盤點），確保企業永續與合規運作。
Requirements
具備外商或跨國大型企業工作經驗，熟悉跨國組織架構與全球人資運作模式。
具備變革管理能力，能在快速變動的環境中推動組織轉型，並展現跨文化領導與溝通能力。
能配合國內外出差，並接受海外廠區與台灣廠區之間的輪調與支援。
具備中等以上英文能力，能以英文進行日常溝通與專案合作，支持跨國團隊協作。
