Job Description
✨ 工作內容
- 開發中大型企業客戶（零售、電商、FMCG、醫美、餐飲、旅遊等產業）
- 建立並管理穩定的銷售 Pipeline，持續推進商機轉換
- 主動進行陌生開發（LinkedIn、Email、Cold Call、社群等多元管道）
- 深入理解客戶需求與痛點，提出對應的 MarTech / SaaS 解決方案
- 規劃並執行完整銷售流程：開發、提案、簡報、談判到成交
- 建立產品價值認知，協助客戶理解全通路導購與數據整合優勢
- 與內部產品、行銷及營運團隊合作，推動客戶成功與長期合作
- 達成並超越每月業績目標

Requirements
🎯 職務需求
- 5 年以上 B2B 銷售或 Business Development 經驗
- 曾服務零售、電商、FMCG、醫美、餐飲或旅遊產業客戶
- 具 SaaS 或 MarTech 解決方案銷售經驗優先
- 具備陌生開發能力與完整銷售流程經驗
- 優秀的溝通與簡報能力，能清楚傳遞產品價值
- 具備良好時間管理能力與多工處理能力
- 能承受業績壓力並持續達成目標
- 英文流利（書寫與口說，TOEIC 800+）
🌟 加分條件
- 具企業級客戶銷售或複雜專案成交經驗
- 熟悉 MarTech、生態整合或 OMO 解決方案
- 具技術背景或基本技術理解能力
