Job Description
以 Flutter 為主要開發框架，並搭配 Native Android / iOS 技術解決各種產品需求與技術挑戰。我們的產品涵蓋直播、影音串流、影像處理、BLE、檔案上傳等多種高互動功能。
Requirements
工作內容
- 技術領導：主導 Mobile Team 的技術策略與系統架構設計，建立一致的開發規範與工程文化，推動程式碼品質、效能優化及技術選型。
- 開發工作：持續參與 Mobile App 核心功能開發，負責功能設計、程式實作、程式碼審查及效能優化，確保產品品質與穩定性，並推動高品質且可持續維護的程式碼。
- 團隊管理：與跨團隊密切合作，評估技術可行性、制定開發方案並掌握專案風險，確保產品順利交付。
必要條件
- 具備 5 年以上 Mobile 開發經驗，其中亦有 2 年以上管理經驗，並熟悉 Android 或 iOS 或 Flutter 相關技術。
- 具備影音處理或串流相關的開發經驗。
- 熟悉 Clean Architecture、MVVM、MVI 或其他 Architecture Pattern。
- 精通多執行緒概念與非同步任務的處理。
- 具備處理資料庫 (DB) 相關經驗。
- 能夠主動發現並解決技術問題。
- 具備良好的溝通與跨團隊協作能力。
- 能適應較頻繁的 Context Switch。
加分條件
- 具備大型 App 或高流量產品開發經驗。
- 具備 BLE 開發經驗。
- 具備全面的測試經驗（Integration Test、End-to-End Test...etc）
- 實際經手撰寫或修改 CI/CD (持續整合/持續部署) 流程。
- 參與過大型應用程式或開源專案。
- 具備 Flutter for Web 的開發經驗。
- 有 AI Spec-Driven Development 經驗。
