Accounting & Financial Close

 Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes for Taiwan entities

 Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

 Maintain general ledger accuracy and chart of accounts consistency

 Prepare management reporting packages for HQ

Statutory, Tax & Audit

 Coordinate statutory filings and tax compliance in Taiwan

 Liaise with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors

 Support annual audits and regulatory reviews

 Maintain complete audit-ready documentation

Payroll & People Cost Accounting

 Review payroll registers prepared by HR or external payroll vendors

 Prepare payroll accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations

 Coordinate payroll timelines and data integrity with HR

AP, AR & Cash Administration

 Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and employee expense processes

 Review payment documentation and approval workflows

 Support cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment runs

Controls & HQ Coordination

 Operate internal controls in line with group policies

 Ensure approval and documentation standards are followed

 Serve as the primary finance contact for Taiwan

 Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc requests from HQ

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 6–10 years of accounting or finance experience

 Strong knowledge of Taiwan accounting, tax, and statutory requirements

 Experience working in a multinational or group reporting environment

 Fluent Mandarin; working proficiency in English

 Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and reliable under deadlines
