Job Description
建立並定期檢視內部控制制度流程書與查核表單,化制度落實效果
協助公司完成IPO 財務面盡職調查所需準備
編製年度預算與滾動預測報告,協助部門控管支出
建立標準化成本分析模型,分析各業務單位盈虧情況並產出每月管理報表與KPI 財務分析報告,提供決策依據
監控每日資金餘額與收支流向,確保資金靈活運用
與銀行協調授信額度與貸款條件,定期檢視資金成本
負責與券商溝通配合 IPO 或發行相關事宜
準時完成月/季/年度營業稅、營所稅等報繳作業
配合會計師事務所查核與簽證流程,提供正確資料並定期評估稅務風險,規劃合法節稅與因應方案
規劃現金、定存、基金等短中期資產配置建議,依據營運與資金需求,擬定資金使用與分配計畫
Requirements
經驗條件:
具公開發行會計主管資格。
8年以上財務會計相關工作經驗,具部門管理與跨部門溝通協調經驗。
曾參與IPO專案或具上市櫃企業任職經驗者優先。
有連鎖服務業、新創或高成長企業背景佳。
學歷與專業:
學歷:大學以上,主修會計、財務金融、商學相關科系。
專業能力:具備中高階會計、財務報表分析、內稽內控、投資管理、 稅務籌劃等實務經驗。
工具技能：
熟悉鼎新ERP 系統操作
熟練練習 Google Workspace、Microsoft Excel / Word
