建立並完善招募、績效、獎酬與人才發展制度，推動以績效導向與持續學習為核心的企業文化。
人才盤點與接班規劃
執行人才盤點、潛力評估與接班計畫，強化組織韌性、穩定度與中長期成長動能。
員工關係與文化營造
推動員工健康管理、內部文化活動與溝通機制，打造年輕、積極且開放的工作氛圍。
跨部門策略夥伴合作
與各部門主管密切合作，提供人力洞察、發展建議與策略支持，強化組織決策品質與執行力。
Requirements
能獨立規劃制度並帶領團隊執行。
具策略思考與跨部門溝通能力，能從人出發連結公司目標。
若具新創公司HR經驗尤佳。
