Job Description
🔑工作內容：
1. 經營策略擬定: 協助子行擬定年度計劃與預算。
2. 業務推廣：協助子行擴大國內外客戶及存款基盤。
3. 績效檢視：分析各項業務成效與可行改善方案。
4. 跨國客戶服務：服務項目包含一般業務諮詢、案件轉介成效追蹤、客戶抱怨之妥善處置、不定期彙整更新各國產品申辦服務之優惠，以及外國人業務相關法令規範。
🎯須具備至少一項個金專業，例如：保險、存款(FTP)、基金，或為投資專家。另外，若有強大簡報能力或策略幕僚經驗加分‼️
🪓所需條件：
1. 具備存款產品量利分析及行銷相關經驗; 或
2. 具備客戶分群長相及需求分析經驗
3. 具財富管理相關經驗尤佳
4. 具備專案規畫管理及跨國溝通協調能力
5. 英文聽說書寫能力佳，會日、泰、印尼語尤佳
6. 能視業務需求配合公司外派（先決條件：可配合外派，但實務面上，會需要幾年時間在台灣總行歷練，視當地子行狀況與個人成熟度做安排）
