我們是一間獲獎無數、Google 官方認證的 AI 雲端技術合作夥伴，專注於 人工智慧影音生成 (AIGC) 技術。核心技術結合了自然語言處理 (NLP) 與電腦視覺，能將文字自動轉化為高品質影片。目前已獲得頂尖國際創投資金挹注，客戶涵蓋台灣、日本、大中華區的知名電視台與大型媒體集團。
為什麼這個職位值得你挑戰？
這不是一個單純代操預算的投手職位。我們正在啟動全新的商業模式： AI 影音 x 電商導購 。利用我們的 AI 技術製作影片，投放於電商平台並創造營收。
- 產品影響力：你將與 Google 認證級的雲端技術專家、AI 科學家並肩作戰，你的市場投放數據，將直接影響 RD 團隊如何優化演算法
- 國際舞台：初期目標鎖定月流量 3 萬以上的電商客戶，並積極拓展日本市場
核心任務
這是一個高度Data-Driven的角色，你需要兼具行銷敏銳度與邏輯分析能力：
- 廣告策略操盤
- 負責 Google Ads 與 Meta (FB/IG) 的全盤操作、監控與優化
- 針對目標市場制定投放策略，推廣 AI 影片廣告生成產品
- 數據分析與優化
- 極度重視 ROI 與 ROAS。每日監測數據，從財經或流量報表中找出破口，獨立調整預算配置
- 跨部門技術協作
- 每週參與工程團隊 (RD) 會議，與技術主管緊密合作
- 將市場端的廣告反饋轉化為具體需求，協助技術團隊優化產品功能與演算法
- 素材優化建議
- 分析不同 AI 影片素材的廣告成效，回饋給設計或 AI 團隊以提升點擊率 (CTR)
Requirements
1.需2-3 年以上 電商廣告投放實務經驗，且有操作過 轉換型廣告 (Conversion Campaign) 的成功案例
2.精通 Google Ads 與 Meta Business Suite 後台。習慣以數據佐證決策，而非憑感覺做事
3.不排斥技術語言，能與工程師有效溝通，理解技術開發與商業變現之間的關聯
4.若您來自 SaaS 產業或具備財經數據分析能力，將是我們首選
