我們正協助一家快速成長中的 寵物品牌，招募 E-commerce Lead
品牌以專業背景為基礎，結合消費者洞察，打造高品質寵物產品，
目前正處於高速成長階段，希望找到一位能 從 0→1 到 1→N 推動電商成長 的核心人才。
🎯 角色使命
✔ 負責品牌電商通路的整體營運與成長
✔ 建立可持續放大的銷售與轉換模型
✔ 串聯內容、投放與平台策略
✔ 在資源有限的情況下，最大化營收與效率
💼 主要工作內容
電商策略與成長規劃
- 制定年度電商策略與銷售目標（營收、轉換、會員貢獻等）
- 規劃季度成長節奏，整合促銷檔期與新品上市

建立並追蹤核心營運指標
平台營運與成效管理
- 負責電商平台整體營運（上架、頁面優化、活動操作）
- 管理商品頁內容與轉換流程

監控流量、轉換率、訂單結構與顧客體驗
內容與素材策略
- 與行銷／廣告團隊協作，制定素材方向與溝通重點
- 與外部團隊共同優化素材表現（點擊率、轉換率）

建立可持續產出的內容與素材機制
促銷與通路整合
- 規劃平台檔期與促銷策略（價格、組合、套組）
- 追蹤活動成效並持續優化

串聯線上與線下場景（O2O），提升整體轉
數據分析與決策
- 定期產出營運報表（銷售、漏斗、商品表現）
- 透過數據優化商品組合、價格與投放策略
- 持續關注市場趨勢與競品動態
Requirements
✔ 5 年以上電商營運經驗（品牌端或消費型產品尤佳）
✔ 熟悉電商平台操作與成長邏輯
✔ 具備數據分析能力，能從數據中找到優化方向
✔ 能跨部門整合行銷、品牌與供應鏈資源
✔ 高度自我驅動，能在變動環境中推動成果
➕ 加分條件
✔ 有自有品牌或 DTC 品牌操盤經驗
✔ 具素材優化或轉換率提升經驗
✔ 曾主導電商從成長期到放量階段
