Job Description
我們正在協助一間專注於智慧寵物互動產品的國際品牌，尋找一位具備策略視野與內容創作力的品牌行銷經理。
該品牌曾獲多國媒體專題報導，並擁有龐大的忠實用戶社群。
🎯 職位簡介
你將成為 SEA 行銷團隊的重要一員，負責推動品牌在台灣與香港的社群與 KOL 行銷策略，協助品牌聲量成長與上層漏斗成效優化，該職位需要能獨立作業並具備主動提案與執行的能力。
📌 工作內容
-
KOL／KOC 策略與合作推動：
從預算規劃、合作洽談、溝通執行到後續成效分析皆能獨立操作 -
社群平台內容企劃與經營：
負責 IG、Threads、Facebook 等平台的主題設定、貼文產製與粉絲互動 -
數據解讀與策略優化：
針對觸及率、互動率、成效數據進行分析，並提出內容優化建議 -
異業合作與品牌連結：
協助拓展品牌聯名機會與合作資源 -
跨部門協作：
與設計、電商、產品、客服等團隊共同協力提升整體行銷效率與一致性
Requirements
5 年以上社群行銷與 KOL 操作經驗，熟悉 IG／Threads 生態

能獨立規劃與執行社群內容、KOL 專案與社群互動經營

具備良好內容創作能力與社群美感，熟悉 Canva、CapCut 等工具

有成效追蹤與數據分析能力，能提出具體優化方向

善於團隊協作與跨部門溝通，能與設計／營運／客服等部門緊密合作

必須為現任或曾任毛孩飼主，熟悉寵物日常與社群語言🐶
