Job Description
我們是一個專注美容電子、保養品與時尚居家選品的品牌型電商，產品自主研發並銷售全球，曾獲多項時尚媒體推薦。團隊精簡,每個人都需要能獨立把事情做完,不會有人把流程拆好分工給你。
這個職位的核心是「業務＋運營」，不是行銷企劃。負責驅動品牌官網及主要電商通路（Momo、蝦皮、官網為主，佔營收約五成）的成長與獲利，同時經營網紅團購通路（約四成）與少量實體通路（約一成，如展架、經銷據點）。需背負平台年度營業額 KPI，日常涵蓋商品上下架、頁面優化、庫存同步、活動報名與資源談判，並透過流量、客單價、轉單率、ROAS、退貨率等數據持續優化跨平台表現。
薪資結構偏向底薪穩健、獎金明確,業績做起來實拿會更有感
Requirements
必要條件
- 2 年以上電商營運實務經驗,熟悉 Momo 後台或蝦皮賣家中心其中之一
- 具備商品上下架、頁面維護、庫存同步等日常營運基本功
- 具備 Excel 邏輯分析能力,能同時處理跨平台、高密度的活動排程
- 能具體說出過往數據分析案例與量化成果
- 願意背負業績 KPI,能接受偏低底薪、高獎金的薪資結構
加分條件
- 曾任乙方平台代操經驗（如 Shopline、91APP）
- 具備 KOL／KOC 獨立開發與分潤談判經驗
- 具基礎 Photoshop／Illustrator 素材處理能力
- 有做過實體消費性產品或功能型產品（非服飾／形象類）
人格特質
- 對商品有興趣,面試前會主動了解公司產品線
- 溝通清楚,能有邏輯地說明專業經驗
- 能獨立作業,不需要別人把流程拆解好才能上手
