- 技術團隊管理與組織發展: 帶領前後端、SRE/DevOps、QA 等跨領域團隊，建立敏捷式開發流程，確保專案高效運作與團隊穩定成長。

系統架構規劃與技術決策: 主導交易系統客製化開發、周邊 API 介接、官方網站服務架構等技術方向，制定技術標準與最佳實踐。

開發專案管理與進度掌控: 與產品經理、香港專案負責人協作，掌握產品需求、技術可行性、開發排程，確保專案如期交付。

技術問題排查與風險管控: 針對交易系統（含 CFD、交易撮合、帳務流程等）相關技術問題進行分析、風險評估與技術解決方案制定。

團隊建置與人才培育: 協助規劃開發部門後續擴編，負責人才招募評估、技術面試、能力成長輔導，打造高品質的技術團隊。
Persyaratan
-
5 年以上後端或全端系統開發經驗，2–3 年以上團隊管理經驗

具金融交易系統（如 外匯、證券或相關金融產品）開發或整合實務經驗

熟悉軟體架構設計、API 設計、資料庫規劃與服務部署

優秀的跨部門溝通協作能力

具備敏捷式開發（Agile / Scrum）經驗與專案風險控管能力
