Job Description
✨ 工作內容
- 資深設計實力： 3 年以上產品設計經驗，有從 0 到 1 打造產品，或參與大型改版的實戰經驗。
- 卓越的溝通與技術理解力： 不只是理解 HTML/CSS，而是能跟軟體工程師進行深度的技術溝通。你能理解系統架構與舊有程式碼帶來的限制，並據此調整設計策略，提出工程端可落地的解決方案。
- 精通 Figma： 熟練使用 Components、Auto Layout 與 Variants，能產出結構清晰、工程師好讀的設計稿。
- 溝通與邏輯： 能清楚說明設計決策背後的脈絡，並能向管理層與開發團隊清楚闡述取捨的原因。
Requirements
🎯 職務需求
- 具備從 0 到 1 的產品設計經驗，能從需求定義到產品上線全程參與，具備獨立思考與執行力。
- 熟練使用 Figma，熟悉 Wireframe、Mockup、Prototype 等設計流程，具備元件化設計 (Design System) 建立與維護經驗。
- 熟悉 RWD 響應式設計，能針對行動裝置使用者體驗 進行優化，並具備對 HTML、CSS 結構與限制的基本理解。
- 具良好的跨部門協作與表達能力，能與 PM、前端工程師有效溝通設計需求，能清楚闡述設計思維與選擇。
- 對產品細節敏銳，注重互動與使用者體驗，能以同理心思考設計決策。
🌟 加分條件
- 具備平台型產品、 SaaS 或訂閱至服務的設計經驗。
- 層設計過 WebAPP 產品，了解如何讓網頁版在行動裝置上達到接近原生 APP 的經驗。
- 使用過 Figma Token Studio 或具備 Design Token 概念。
- 具備 Usability Testing （可用性測試）或使用者研究經驗。
- 具備 PrimeOne / PrimeVue 的使用經驗。
