工作內容（What You Will Do）
你將加入量化與系統核心團隊，直接參與金融市場的關鍵運作：

分析價格與交易數據，驗證市場行為並提出優化方案

建立並優化 價格模型、風險管理與營運模型

將量化分析成果落地為可實際運行的系統與應用
-
開發與維護 毫秒等級的即時交易與資料處理系統

與工程、量化成員緊密合作，參與架構與技術決策
使用的技術（Tech Stack）
-
程式語言：Python、R、SQL
-
雲端平台：AWS（SageMaker、Redshift、Redis 等）
-
資料與模型：Time Series Analysis、Machine Learning、Model Validation
-
系統與架構：Real-time / Low-latency Systems
-
容器技術（工程取向）：Docker、Kubernetes

Requirements
需求條件（Requirements）
我們希望你具備
- 3 年以上 數據分析、量化研究、後端或系統開發相關經驗
- 熟悉 Python / R / SQL，能處理大量即時或歷史交易數據
- 具備 AWS 雲端環境實務經驗
- 能將分析結果轉化為 實際可上線的模型或系統設計
- 對金融市場、交易機制或風險控管有高度興趣
- 具備日文技術溝通能力（需跨國／跨團隊互動）
加分條件
- 機器學習模型建構經驗
- 即時系統或高頻系統開發經驗
- 金融相關證照或市場實務背景
