Job Description
Own and execute global people strategy and HR governance for ZB, operating from a Taipei hub with full global coverage.
Lead recruiting operations and workforce planning in close partnership with functional and executive leaders to support business growth.
Design and operate compensation, leveling, performance management, and equity programs, ensuring scalability, fairness, and alignment with business priorities.
Build and scale end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, compliance, training programs, and HRIS implementation.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership, supporting organization design, leadership development, and the evolution of company culture.
Requirements
Background in enterprise B2B, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, or data center–driven organizations, with an understanding of complex, technical business environments.
Proven experience scaling teams across multiple countries and legal entities, navigating cross-border labor practices and organizational complexity.
Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate sourcing, candidate screening, policy drafting, training development, and people analytics, while maintaining strong compliance and data privacy standards.
Hands-on experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
Experience supporting executive and leadership hiring, including compensation structuring, offer negotiation, and leadership assessment.
