Job Description
What you'll do
- AI解決方案：提出AI解決方案，解決(優化)業務流程中的痛點，並研究金融科技應用AI技術的機會點，提供AI創新應用的建議。
- 數據整合、清理與分析：負責數據的整合、轉換、清理、標準化與特徵工程，提高數據品質，為後續的數據分析、AI 模型與 LLM 的訓練及微調奠定良好基礎。
- AI應用開發與部署：參與金融領域的AI (ML / LLM / Vision / Voice) 應用開發、測試與部署，例如：AI Agent、風險預測、文本分析、資訊摘要、商品推薦等。
- MLOps與AI治理：分析AI應用成效，並以MLOps管理AI生命週期，持續迭代AI模型與優化AI應用。
- 跨部門協作：與數據部門、IT 部門、Biz部門 (例如：通路、核保、商品等) 等緊密合作，深入了解企業業務需求與痛點，提供穩健且高效的AI解決方案。
Requirements
Who you are
• 學歷要求：資訊工程、電腦科學、統計學、數學、金融工程或相關科系碩士以上學位。
• 工作經驗年資：5年以上AI應用開發工作經驗，具備金融、保險行業相關經驗者尤佳。
• 具備AI模型全流程開發的能力，能主動推進AI技術落地。
• 熟悉機器學習、深度學習與大型語言模型開發流程與框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch、Langchain、RAG、Agentic AI等）。
• 熟悉資料分析方法，能獨立完成資料清洗、特徵工程、成效追蹤等作業。
• 具備良好的資料視覺化與呈現能力（Matplotlib、Seaborn、Tableau、Power BI 等）。
• 對前沿AI技術有高度敏感度，能將創新技術應用於解決實際問題。
• 具備良好的溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神，能夠與金融業務及技術團隊有效溝通。
• 對金融科技、AI 與 LLM 應用抱持高度學習熱忱，關注金融行業的最新技術發展。
Nice to have
• 具備使用雲端技術開發AI應用的經驗者尤佳。
• 具備處理大型數據集技術(如Spark、Hadoop)經驗者尤佳。
• 具備 MLOps 相關知識與經驗 (例如：模型部署、監控、版本控制、模型風險管理等)，有金融 AI 模型部署經驗者尤佳。
• 具備 LLM 的微調 (Fine-tuning)、評估與部署經驗者尤佳。
• 熟悉 Prompt Engineering能有效引導 LLM 產生符合需求的結果。
• 具備容器化技術 (例如：OCP、Kubernetes) 經驗者尤佳。
• 熟悉 A/B Testing、因果推論、強化學習等進階方法。
• 具備相關技術或金融領域認證。
