一間台灣零售業的領導品牌，致力於打造全通路虛實整合的創新金融服務。
歡迎具備銀行、支付或百貨業信用卡與點數經營經驗的你加入我們的金融服務團隊，共創數位金融新場景！
主要職責包括：
-
數位金融產品規劃與行銷企劃
－針對零售應用場景，規劃虛實整合的金融服務，如會員支付、點數兌換、金融合作專案等。 -
跨產業合作推動與專案管理
－與銀行、支付業者、金融科技公司等合作，進行產品整合與聯名活動規劃。 -
支付與金融法規趨勢研究
－掌握市場脈動與政策變化，持續提出具前瞻性的服務建議。 -
系統整合與需求定義
－與內部 IT 團隊合作，推動金流與資訊流相關系統開發與優化。
Requirements
【我們希望你具備】
- 來自銀行、支付或百貨業背景，熟悉信用卡、點數、支付產品之營運或行銷實務。
- 具備數位金融產品規劃經驗，或曾參與 App/會員服務開發專案。
- 有良好的跨部門溝通能力與邏輯思維，能獨立作業並協調各方資源。
- 積極學習新技術與市場趨勢，能快速掌握金融科技工具與知識。
【加分條件】
- 曾負責聯名卡、點數平台整合、跨品牌支付合作案。
- 熟悉支付產業架構（第三方支付、電子票證等）。
- 具備數據分析能力，能根據用戶數據提出優化建議。
