【會計暨行政資深專員】 — 國際化多元資產家族辦公室 - KC
Job Description
這是一家位於台北市精華地段（鄰近捷運站）的小型國際化家族辦公室，專注於管理與服務家族的龐大資產與多元事業體。辦公室規模精簡，氛圍單純且穩定。
集團業務範疇：
- 房地產投資及物業管理。
- 公益基金會運營。
- 新興生技領域投資與管理。
- 多元金融投資。
- 特定傳統製造業資產處置。
您將成為核心管理團隊的關鍵成員，負責管理家族所有事業體與資產的內部帳務與行政支持，確保財務的精確與穩定。
🔹 工作內容 (Key Responsibilities)
此職位將涵蓋專業會計與核心行政職能，工作內容相對平衡且不需常態性加班。
🔹 核心會計與簿記職責
- 日常帳務與簿記：費用報帳、原始憑證核對、帳務登錄及應付帳款處理。
- 內部帳務管理：協助處理旗下新創公司及基金會的內部帳務，須能看懂所有關聯企業的完整帳目。
- 投資追蹤與報告：彙整美股、基金、私募等海外資產的績效整理及P&L報表。
- 審計與稅務支援：作為外部會計師的窗口，提供年度審計資料，協助海內外稅務申報資料準備。
- 財務報表核對：定期核對銀行、保險、物業、房地產交易帳務，確保財務精確性。
🔹 人事與行政支援職責
- 薪資與人事行政：薪資處理、工時追蹤、人事資料管理等基礎人資行政事務。
- 文件與資料管理：建立與更新投資追蹤表單，有系統地整理高度機密文件並進行電子化歸檔。
- 專案行政協助：協助主管處理基金會或新創生技公司相關的行政或專案任務。
- 策略會議參與：視情況參與重要會議，提供數據支持或行政協助。
