【Responsibilities】
- 負責核心 AI 平台後端的架構規劃與技術方向制定。
-
建構並持續強化支援機器學習模型部署與運行的基礎系統。
導入 SRE 概念並推動提升系統穩定性、擴展性及效能的相關改善專案。
擔任技術領導角色，帶領 3–5 人工程團隊，包含程式碼審查與技術指導。

【Required Skills】
- 具 5 年以上以 Python 開發 Web 應用程式的經驗（熟悉 Django／FastAPI 佳）。

具備資料庫 schema 設計與維護能力，使用過關聯式或快取型資料庫（如 PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis 等）。
-
曾負責系統於雲端環境上的部署與維運，熟悉常見運行環境與儲存、運算資源配置。
-
具備系統記錄分析、效能監測、告警規劃與性能優化相關經驗。
-
熟悉使用容器化技術（如 Docker）建立開發或部署環境。
-
具備 1 年以上帶領小型團隊或擔任技術領導（Tech Lead）的經驗。
-
具備商用程度的英文溝通能力
[Preferred Skills] 具備微服務架構的設計與開發經驗。
同時具備 Python 與 Golang 的開發能力。
有機器學習模型（特別是影像辨識相關）部署經驗，熟悉 TensorFlow 或 PyTorch。
具備快取策略規劃與實作能力，能進行效能優化。
曾建立監控環境，包括使用 Prometheus、Grafana 等工具。
具備日文溝通能力。
