Job Description
- 專為數位原生世代打造： 致力顛覆傳統券商體驗，讓投資人只需一個 App，即可一氣呵成完成「分析、選股、下單與庫存管理」。
- 強大數據與 AI 後盾： 坐擁 700 萬理財用戶大數據與 20 年技術底蘊，將籌碼動向與 AI 判多空技術導入日常交易。
- 重塑台灣證券面貌： 在嚴謹合規與保護用戶安全的基礎上，我們以新創的技術與敏捷思維，打造最友善、快速的金融交易平台。
職位說明 (Key Responsibilities)：
- 交易核心系統優化： 深度參與並優化底層交易平台，確保在股市波動、大流量環境下的系統穩定性與低延遲，極致提升投資人的下單體驗與滿意度。
- 開戶 onboarding 升級： 負責優化與重構開戶平台，靈活支援多種開戶管道與第三方串接，打造流暢、無斷點的數位金融第一印象。
- 系統重構與效能調校： 針對現有架構進行 Code Review 與重構，導入現代化軟體工程思維，提升系統的可維護性與擴展性。
Requirements
必備條件 (Must-have)：
- 後端開發實力： 具備 Java 或 Kotlin 實際伺服器端開發經驗。
- 軟體工程素養： 了解現代軟體工程規範，對系統重構 (Refactoring)、Clean Code 與 Design Patterns 有實務經驗與堅持。
- 資歷要求： 期望具備 3 年以上後端開發經驗。（📍 備註： 我們更看重實力而非年資！若您僅有 1 年經驗，但具備「越級打怪」的技術深度與能力，我們同樣張開雙臂歡迎。）
加分條件 (Bonus)：
- 具備 Web 前端開發經驗，能更宏觀地理解前後端分離架構，並與前端團隊順暢溝通。
- 熟悉 Spring Boot 等主流 Java 開發框架。
- 對 FinTech 金融科技、股票交易系統或高併發 (High Concurrency) 架構有高度熱忱。
