我們的客戶是一家 深耕智慧物流與供應鏈數位轉型的科技型集團，長期投入 IT 基礎設施、雲端平台與資安治理，支撐大規模實體營運與跨區域系統整合。
隨著企業版圖與系統複雜度持續提升，公司正強化 Infra / MIS 專案治理能力，希望透過具備技術背景的專案管理人才，將藍圖真正落地。
這不是單純追進度的 PM 角色，而是能 深入 Infra 架構、影響技術決策、推動組織級改善的關鍵職位。
Requirements
工作內容
你將以 MIS Leader / IT Manager 的角色，負責整體 IT 管理框架、資安準則與協作平台治理，並帶領小型團隊(初期先不帶人)，推動跨部門轉型專案。

從 0 到 1 建立並優化 MIS 標準作業流程（SOP），涵蓋申請、變更與維運管理

規劃並部署資訊安全政策與管理準則，確保合規與風險控管

主導 Microsoft 365 / Office 365 協作平台治理（權限、授權、資源配置）

建立終端設備與 IT 資產生命週期管理制度
-
與各部門協作，將複雜需求轉化為可落地的標準化解決方案

參與或主導關鍵 IT / 數位轉型專案，提升組織效率與營運速度
使用的技術 / 環境

Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Windows、Linux 作業系統

Endpoint Management / IT Asset Management

基礎網路架構（TCP/IP）

IT Governance / Security Policy / SOP Framework
需求條件
-
資訊相關背景，5 年以上 MIS / IT 管理或相關實務經驗

熟悉企業 IT 環境、協作平台與終端設備管理

具備 IT Governance、流程設計或資安管理實務經驗

良好的跨部門溝通能力，能將技術轉化為營運語言

具備帶人或專案主導經驗

英文具備工作溝通能力
