Job Description

人力資源業務夥伴 (BP)

- 擔任職能領導的策略顧問,透過有效的勞動力規劃和組織設計,使人力資源計畫與業務目標保持一致。

- 在員工關係、績效管理和領導力發展方面為管理人員提供支持,以培養高績效文化。

- 領導繼任計畫、人才梯隊建設和職涯發展策略等舉措,以提升人才留任率。

組織與文化轉型

- 推動文化建構舉措,強化以價值為導向的創新環境。

- 推動與全公司轉型目標一致的跨團隊協作和參與策略。

- 為策略性人力資源計劃(包括數位化和結構優化)設計並推動變革管理計劃。

人工智慧與數位化工具集成

- 領導人力資源技術解決方案和人工智慧工具的採用,以增強決策能力、自動化程度和員工體驗。

- 評估和部署數位化人力資源系統(例如績效、回饋和參與平台),以提高營運效率。

- 培訓並提升人力資源團隊及利害關係人的數位最佳實踐和工具使用技能。

薪資與福利 (C&B)

- 設計並實施符合市場基準的競爭性薪酬策略和福利計劃。

- 領導年度考核週期、職位分級和獎勵政策,以吸引和留住頂尖人才。

- 分析外部薪資與福利趨勢和內部公平性,確保薪資透明度和公平性。

人力資源服務與運營

- 確保整個人力資源系統和報告的數據準確性和合規性。

- 監督員工生命週期服務,包括入職、離職、內部調動和休假管理。

- 持續改善流程,以提高員工滿意度和營運效率。

人力資源項目與計劃

- 領導和管理組織發展項目,例如政策更新、員工敬業度計劃和經理培訓。

- 追蹤專案成果並為領導團隊建立儀表板或報告。

- 促進內部溝通和人力資源活動,以建立團隊聯繫並創造強大的文化。

Requirements

1. 人力資源、商科或相關領域學士或碩士學位。

2. 熟悉人力資源技術平台、人員分析和基於雲端的人力資源資訊系統 (HRIS)。

3. 擁有科技/新創企業/外企背景,並具備應對快速組織變革的經驗。

4. 具備出色的分析和解決問題能力,能夠從數據中獲取洞見並將其應用於決策。

5. 擁有領導者培訓、領導力梯隊建立和跨職能影響力提升的經驗。
