Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the investment team in due diligence, analysis, and documentation for investments across both public and private markets
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reports to support decision-making
- Monitor portfolio performance and help maintain financial models and investment records
- Coordinate with external partners including legal counsel, fund managers, and advisors
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and preliminary screening of new investment opportunities
- Assist with internal administrative and compliance-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial advisory, or a related field
- Familiar with investment processes across both public and private asset classes
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (e.g., DCF, comparable analysis), proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Prior experience at investment firms, accounting firms, or consulting companies is preferred
