Job Description
【Responsibilities】
- 遊戲 Server 架構設計與優化（含高併發、高可用性思維）
- 遊戲邏輯開發、效能優化與服務穩定度提升
- Server 端 API 設計、開發與跨系統整合
- 資料庫 Schema 設計、查詢效能調校（MySQL / MongoDB）
- 遊戲服務監控、問題排查與生產環境維護
- 協助建立自動化部署、測試與發布流程
- 參與遊戲系統架構討論、技術選型與開發流程改善
- 與研發、產品、QA 團隊合作，確保專案順利推進
Requirements
【Requirements】
- 3年以上後端開發經驗，且具備 Python Server 實務背景
- 具備從零開發遊戲後端 → 上線 → 維運的完整經驗，擁有遊戲產業背景
- 熟悉 Python 及 Web 框架：FastAPI / Flask / Django 其一或多項
- 熟悉資料庫設計、索引優化、查詢效能調校（MySQL／MongoDB）
- 熟悉 WebSocket、HTTP 等常用網路通訊協議
- 具備中大型遊戲專案經驗，能處理高併發情境
- 具備遊戲 Server 架構設計、效能優化與部署經驗
