📍工作內容 Responsibilities
【Talent Acquisition｜45%】
- 與用人單位主管深度合作，釐清人力需求、共同制定招募策略
- 維護、優化並拓展多元招募管道，提升招募效率與人才品質
- 規劃並執行各項招募專案（如：實習計畫、產學合作、校園徵才、外籍聘僱、EOR 名義雇主等）
- 負責完整 End-to-End 招募流程（招募、面談協調、核薪、錄取、報到）
- 參與並推動雇主品牌經營與優化，提升公司人才吸引力
【Talent Development｜15%】
- 規劃並執行內部訓練需求（新人訓練、核心技能培訓、高階職能發展等）
- 建立並優化人才發展機制，依不同職系與人才類型設計成長路徑
【Compensation & Benefits｜15%】
- 協助維護與優化績效考核制度與晉升管道
- 執行每月薪資結算及勞健保等相關作業
- 與部門主管及 C-level 定期進行人才盤點，依人才分類規劃留任策略與激勵方案
【Employee Engagement｜25%】
- 定期進行員工 1:1 關懷與溝通，提升組織信任與穩定度
- 協助主管處理並協調員工相關議題
- 規劃與執行員工活動，促進團隊凝聚力與跨部門互動
📍任職條件 Requirements
- 具 3 年以上科技產業相關工作經驗，其中 2 年以上招募實務經驗
- 對 Full-function HR 角色具備高度熱忱與長期發展企圖心
- 熟悉多元招募管道（如招募平台、校園徵才、獵頭、派遣／外包服務等）
- 具優秀溝通、協調與談判能力，能與跨部門、跨文化團隊有效合作
- 具備良好獨立作業與問題解決能力
📍加分條件 Our Preference
- 具 新創或軟體／SaaS 團隊 工作經驗
- 人力資源管理、企業管理、心理相關科系學士以上學歷
- 具高度彈性與抗壓性，能適應 AI 新創快速成長的工作節奏
