工作內容 | Key Responsibilities
作為成長駭客與專案負責人，您的核心職責包括：
- 用戶增長策略操盤：透過 LinkedIn 經營、線上研討會及各類數位行銷活動，驅動平台訂閱戶數的規模化成長。
- 生命週期管理：負責訂閱用戶的生命週期（Lifecycle）管理，透過數據分析持續優化互動率與留存表現。
- 跨職能團隊領導：帶領內容創作、視覺設計及在地化團隊，確保產出符合各國市場需求的優質內容。
- 合規與隱私治理：設計並管理符合國際法規的用戶同意架構，確保所有行銷活動皆符合資料隱私規範。
- 流程優化與報告：建立標準作業程序與 Playbooks，並定期產出數據儀表板，針對成效進行迭代優化。
我們在找的人 | Who You Are
這是一個 Senior Level 的職位，我們高度重視您的語言能力與實戰經驗：
- 精通中英文 (Must)：需具備極為流利的英文聽說讀寫能力（Native/Business Level），能自信地進行跨國商務溝通與簡報。
- 加分條件：具備韓文能力者尤佳。
- B2B 成長行銷專家：擁有紮實的 B2B SaaS、IT 或科技產業行銷背景，且熟悉 LinkedIn 生態圈的經營與成長策略。
- 數據隱私概念：深刻理解使用者同意 (User Consent) 與資料隱私合規的重要性。
- 領導與管理經驗：具備帶領內容、數位行銷或成長團隊的實際管理經驗。
- 數據驅動思維：擅長 Excel 與數據分析，能從數字中洞察機會並制定策略
