Requirements
- 財務管理與合規：總管公司帳務、財務報表及稅務事宜。對接外部會計師事務所，確保報表準確性與會計準則合規性。
- 策略規劃與預算控管：主導年度預算編列，進行差異分析與追蹤。規劃公司中長期財務模型，支持企業持續成長。
- 管理決策溝通：定期與管理層溝通財務狀況；每月與銷售主管對焦營收目標，並與 CEO 針對財務缺口尋找解決方案。
- 獲利分析與績效管理：執行成本結構分析與獲利能力分析，制定並監控相關 KPI，以數據驅動績效提升。
- 系統導入與流程優化：主導 ERP 系統導入，強化銷售與庫存分析報表產出；持續優化應收與應付帳款流程。
- 營運資金管理：協調部門間資金配置，確保資金充足並維持健康的現金流狀態。執行庫存周轉率優化方案。
- 內部控制與風險防範：建立並優化運行內部控制機制，確保公司資產安全與流程規範化。
- 建置團隊與領導：建置財務部門，落實人才選育用留，建立符合公司規模的財務團隊。
