Job Description
【Introduction】
我們正在尋找一位擁有實驗精神與創新動能的 AI 快速原型開發工程師，能善用 AI 工具與現代開發框架，快速打造初步產品並與需求端緊密迭代，探索技術與商業的結合可能性。你將負責從概念到初版的完整開發流程，協助我們探索 AI 在各種應用場景下的創新解法。
【Responsibility】
- 使用 Python / JavaScript 及各式 AI 開發工具（如 OpenAI、HuggingFace、Ollama、GraphChain、LangChain、RAG framework 等）進行快速原型開發（PoC / MVP）
- 開發整合前後端的互動式應用服務，串接大型語言模型與向量資料庫等 AI 模組
- 在需求未完全明確的情況下，與產品經理、業務或用戶共同梳理問題、快速落地概念
- 根據使用者回饋進行敏捷迭代與調整，具備承受頻繁變更與不確定性的心理彈性
- 持續研究並嘗試新技術或 AI 工具，能根據實際情境靈活選擇解法理解業務需求與產品策略，主動參與應用場景設計，不侷限於程式開發
Requirements
【Requirement】
- 熟悉 Python 與 JavaScript，具備 Web 全端開發能力（例如使用 Flask/FastAPI + Vue/React）。
- 實際使用過一至多個 AI 工具／模型進行應用開發或整合。
- 能獨立完成概念驗證（PoC）、小型應用系統原型開發。
- 對技術保持好奇，願意快速學習與實驗。
- 擁有良好的溝通能力與跨部門協作能力。
- 擁有創新導向的開發心態，樂於挑戰未知問題。
[Bonus]
- 曾參與生成式 AI 專案（如 ChatGPT 應用、RAG 系統、語音轉文字、文件摘要等）。
- 熟悉 LLM 開發框架與 Prompt Engineering 技巧。
- 具備 UI/UX 設計思維，能設計有用戶體驗的 Demo 或工具。
- 對商業模式、產品市場契合度（PMF）有初步理解或探索經驗。
