Job Description
電信業轉型為資通訊解決方案供應商的大型集團，企業客戶事業單位專責服務政府機關與大型企業，提供從諮詢、建置到維運的完整數位轉型方案。南部市場正在擴編，此職缺為即戰力導向的資深個人貢獻者角色。
負責開發與維護高雄地區企業及政府機關客戶，以顧問式服務協助客戶挖掘營運痛點，導入軟硬體整合方案——涵蓋資通訊解決方案（ICT）、物聯網（IoT）、雲端（Cloud）與數據分析（Big Data），以整合式銷售模式提供完整解決方案並持續拓展營收。
這是非管理職，重點在個人業績產出與既有客戶網絡的轉化能力，期待能快速進入市場、熟悉大型企業客戶的開發路徑與決策機制。
薪酬結構：月薪 ＋ 2 個月年終 ＋ 業績獎金；佣金設計側重個人開發，業績超標另有獎金倍數加乘，上不封頂。另有交通、交際費與電話費補助。

Requirements
[必要條件]
- 7 年以上系統整合（SI）業務工作經驗
- 具中大型 SI／ICT 專案背景，熟悉大型企業或政府機關客戶的開發路徑與決策流程
- 擅長溝通協調，熟悉簡報技巧與客戶關係管理
- 具備英文基礎閱讀與溝通能力

- 具政府標案開發經驗
- 熟悉 IoT、雲端或數據分析等解決方案的銷售經驗
- 在高雄／南部地區已有既有企業客戶人脈網絡
