Job Description
📍工作內容
1. 傾聽並回覆客戶問題、解決客戶疑問（包含電話進線、email、官網訊息回覆、官方facebook及LINE帳號的訊息回覆等）
- 操作後台系統，查核並回覆客戶問題
- 異常狀況內部反饋與案件追蹤，持續優化用戶體驗
- 客戶詢問、回饋、及訴願案件處理，並紀錄與追蹤
2. 處理所有訂單/客戶相關問題
- 訂單查詢、修改、追蹤訂單貨態等，並將訂單資料匯入CRM及ERP系統
- 線上平台訂單需求整理與商品庫存管理
- 執行線上平台對帳相關事宜
- 產製客服報表、分析數據、彙整客戶相關資訊
3. 專案協作，與行銷/電商/會員經營檔期對接，協助提供客戶回饋與優化流程
4. 定期與主管檢視顧客滿意度，及其他交辦分析事項
📍工作地點
新北市新莊區新北大道二段 (距捷運新北產業園區站約500公尺)
📍應徵條件
1. 可接受排班：週六、連假期間、國定假日與組內夥伴輪流值班
2. 具備一年以上第一線面對消費者經驗，能獨立處理客戶問題
3. 具備一年以上電商後台營運及訂單處理經驗
4. 熟悉操作Excel產製報表、使用excel vlookup、if等函數的能力(面試時進行Excel測驗)、Word、PowerPoint
5. 具備數據整理及分析能力
📍加分條件
1. 曾操作過Cyberbiz、SAP系統者
2. 曾導入過CRM系統經驗者
3. 曾使用過VBA等工具優化流程者
