Job Description
📌工作職責內容
- 審核員工補助申請文件與確認核銷資格，制作報表供後續審核及請款，針對錯誤資料，進行員工聯絡及要求補正作業。
- 對接外包的系統，負責系統設定來執行固定發放的補助項目。
- 處理電子禮券及禮物管理、發贈及代購。
- 請款作業報表及稅務處理。
- 協助處理員工疑問及系統問題排解及除錯。
- 行政執行與資料彙整，上傳資料至雲端位置。
- 會議記錄及依實際需求進行資料整理。
- 𤨣理及控管福委會文件及物品整理，造冊及維護。
- 各項作業流程制訂(文件化)及優化
- 其他主管交辦任務。
Requirements
🚀 技能需求
- 中等英文能力，有閱讀及撰寫簡單英文
- 良好MS Office能力，可以流暢使用Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- 溝通能力良好
- 做事仔細，能夠處理重覆性高的數字及文件審核。
- 每周可上班三個整天，若有臨時任務。能配合公司需要彈性調動上班時間，可長期配合者尤佳（一年以上）
- 大學畢業，科系不拘，在校生大三、大四或碩士生亦可。
- 此職位將大量參與職工福利委員會之活動討論及規劃，將與主管及員工有深入合作。
- 若工作時間允許，將有機會參與除了職工福利委員會外之工作內容及活動。
