Requirements
工作內容
你將負責日常 IT 支援與使用者端環境維運，確保內部同仁能在安全、穩定的 IT 環境下高效工作。

提供 End-user 日常技術支援（電話、遠端、現場 desk-side support）

桌機、筆電、印表機、行動裝置與周邊設備的安裝、設定與故障排除
-
Windows 作業系統、Office / Outlook / Teams 等企業常用軟體支援
-
新人到職與離職 IT 流程（帳號、設備、系統設定、基本操作說明）
-
電腦設備生命週期管理（設備汰換、維修協調、資產盤點）
-
依 SLA 處理並結案 IT ticket / service request
-
與 Cyber Security 團隊合作，執行端點資安、修補與安全更新
-
撰寫與維護 IT 操作流程文件與知識庫

與系統、網路、資安、應用與全球 IT 團隊協作，支援各項 IT 專案
使用的技術 / 環境
-
Microsoft Windows（含 Image Deployment）
-
Office 365 / Outlook / Teams
-
Remote Desktop / IT Ticketing System
-
基本網路概念：TCP/IP、VPN、Wi-Fi（加分）

VoIP、企業端點管理與資安更新（加分）
需求條件
-
3 年以上 Helpdesk / IT Support / Desktop Support 相關經驗
-
熟悉 Windows 使用者端環境與基本企業 IT 架構
-
具備良好的問題分析與 troubleshooting 能力
-
能獨立作業，也樂於與團隊及跨部門合作
-
中英文可於工作環境中溝通
-
對 IT 服務品質、使用者體驗與資安有責任感
（具 IT 相關證照者加分）
