這是一家總部位於紐約的美國科技公司，專注打造大型房地產數據平台與線上交易市場，產品在美國主要城市具高度市佔與穩定流量。公司自創立以來即維持獲利成長，並獲得知名量化基金創投投資支持。
創辦團隊來自 MIT、Wharton，並具備 Harvard Business School 與 Princeton 背景。公司自 2009 年成立以來穩健經營，至今仍保持盈利與擴張節奏。
目前於台北市政府站設立工程辦公室，與紐約總部密切合作。這是一個能直接與 CEO 協作、參與全球產品發展的機會，全英文工作環境，並有機會前往美國總部交流或申請 H1-B。
Requirements
工作內容

負責全端網站開發與核心系統維護

進行數據下載、清理與資料流處理（Data Feed Processing）
-
串接第三方 API 與合作夥伴系統
-
優化資料庫架構與伺服器效能
-
協助建構安全、穩定的金流與內容管理機制
-
與紐約團隊進行每週技術會議（英文）
技術環境

Backend：PHP

Infrastructure：AWS EC2 / S3 / EFS

系統環境：Linux

工具：GitHub、Shell (ssh / curl / scp / nohup)、Crons

涉及資料分析與數據建模應用
團隊處理數百萬用戶流量與大量房地產及經濟數據，技術挑戰包含資料整合、系統穩定度與效能優化。
需求條件

Computer Science 相關學士以上學歷
-
熟悉 Git 與常用 Linux 指令操作

具備 PHP/Python、SQL 開發經驗

熟悉 AWS 雲端環境佳
-
英文流利，能以英文進行技術討論
-
具房地產或金融數據相關經驗者加分
