Job Description
- 鞏固資訊安全防線：主導並執行公司整體的資訊安全政策與治理規範，確保企業營運的數位安全。
- 擘劃資訊基礎建設藍圖：作為總舵手，您需要全面規劃與設計公司的伺服器、網路、儲存等基礎架構，確保系統穩定、高效且具擴展性。
- 維護系統健康與安全：深入管理與監控所有核心設備的日常運作，並及時處理系統的資安漏洞修補與更新。
- 導入自動化簡化維運：研究並引進新技術，透過自動化流程來優化系統的部署與管理，提升團隊效率。
- 領導技術團隊：承擔管理責任，帶領資訊團隊成員，指導工作方向並協助同仁成長。
Requirements
- 具備現代化架構思維：若您擁有微服務（Microservices）架構的實務經驗，將能為團隊帶來寶貴的技術視野，此為加分項。
- 熟悉機房運作實務：若您有實際管理和操作資料中心（Data Center）的經驗，能更快融入實務工作，此為加分項。
- 擁有專業技術認證：若您持有如微軟 MCSE、思科 CCNA 或 VMware VCP 等國際證照，能證明您的專業能力，此為加分項。
- 擁有團隊領導經驗：這是一個管理職，因此我們期望您有帶領技術團隊或主導資訊專案的實戰經驗。
- 深厚的技術基礎：您需要對伺服器、網路通訊、儲存技術與資訊安全等領域有全面且扎實的了解。
